We understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. We want to be fair to all clients and respect everyone’s time and as a result we have put these policies in place:​

• A 48 HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  You will be charged in full for your missed appointment. If you have an emergency after the 48 hour cutoff, you will be allowed a “one-time rescheduling of your appointment” without any fee. If you do not contact us to reschedule, you will be charged in full for your cancellation.

• NO-SHOWS Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a “no-show”. You will be charged the full amount for the appointment time.

• LATE ARRIVALS your appointment time has been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the actual length of the shortened session, you will be responsible for the “full” session, however we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.

We also understand emergencies and illnesses do occur. If you have a fever or have been in the hospital within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, please call us at 617-875-1423 and reschedule your appointment.
